Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist der erste Kontakt und laufende Ansprechperson für unsere B2B Kunden
  • Du übernimmst u.a. das Onboarding und die Betreuung und Beratung der neuen Investment Plattformen
  • Du entwickelst und vertiefst unser bestehendes Netzwerk mit unseren Software-Kunden weiter
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden, damit diese am Markt erfolgreich sind
  • Du positionierst Cashlink am Markt und stellst ein kompetitives und konsistentes Produkt-Offering im B2B-Bereich bereit
  • Du identifizierst Upselling-Möglichkeiten
  • Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit allen Bereichen sowie unseren Service-Partnern der Wertschöpfungskette ab (Custody, Haftungsdach, Vertriebspartner und andere)
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden in Bezug auf technologische, regulatorische und sonstige Entwicklungen am Markt
  • Du setzt interne Prozesse im Key Account um und unterstützt bei Finanzdienstleistungs-Prozessen, z.B. identifizierst du unsere Kunden gem. GwG
  • Du übernimmst alle operativen Aufgaben unseres Client Success bzw. Partner Managements
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement, Customer Success, Key Account Management oder einer ähnlichen Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem Tech-Unternehmen oder Startup
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Onboarding / Partner Success Management
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Investment Plattformen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Assets, SaaS-Bereich oder Wertpapier-Bereich
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten unter einen Hut zu bringen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Kundenorientierung, Prozessstärke und Problemlösungkompetenz aus
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
