We are flipping the switch: Mercedes-Benz is creating an innovative electric mobility ecosystem of products, services, technologies and innovations with the EQ product and technology brand. As the Charging Unit in Mercedes-Benz Mobility, we are an integral part of creating a unique customer experience beyond the battery and powertrain. With this internship in the "High-Power Charging Cooperations" team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape this ecosystem and gain valuable experience in the electrifying world of Mercedes-Benz
An internship in Charging Operations, one of the best-known and most valuable brands in the world, means one thing in particular: new challenges and lots of variety every day.
Our dynamic department of specialists from different areas is responsible for the development of charging infrastructure in Europe, China and the USA in order to take the customer experience of charging in public spaces to a new level. On the one hand, we are active in the selection of partners and locations, but we also work on marketing and communication strategies. Constantly analyzing the competition and adapting our own product concepts are just as important as understanding market-specific customer needs.
Of course, we do not forget to look inwards. To this end, we exchange ideas with various departments in the areas of research & development, controlling, marketing and legal. But the overall concept in connection with our own charging service Mercedes me Charge is also always present.

You will face these challenges across the entire spectrum of electromobility during your internship:
Independent development of exciting, future-oriented solutions for complex customer and market needs Joint development of strategic guidelines as part of a holistic ecosystem approach for current and future e-mobility offerings Analysis and validation of specific customer requirements with regard to fast-charging infrastructure and general developments in the field of electromobility Continuous implementation of quantitative and qualitative competitive analyses Participation in the preparation of international workshops, including the preparation of top management briefings Work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing & varied areas of responsibilityAfter your internship, you could potentially write your final thesis with us or in an adjacent team.
Qualifikationen Degree in business administration or industrial engineering or a comparable course of study Very good written and spoken German and English skills Confident handling of MS Office Previous knowledge of the market/competitive environment in the field of electromobility is an advantage Interest in electromobility and a class B driver's license are desirable Commitment and ability to work in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Desire to work independentlyAdditional information:
