Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist Teil unseres Active Sourcing Teams und kümmerst dich um die Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen
  • Du kontaktierst Kandidat:innen über Business Netzwerke (Xing, LinkedIn, etc) sowie verschiedene andere Kanäle
  • Du bist für den Reminder Prozess verantwortlich und dokumentierst deine Schritte in unserem Candidate Management System
  • Du arbeitest mit dem Team stetig daran, unsere Candidate Journey zu verbessern
  • Du unterstützt im Aufbau des Talentpools
Dein Profil
  • Du zählst eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit zu deinen Stärken
  • Du bist grundsätzlich internetaffin und kannst am PC arbeiten, MS Office oder noch besser Google Workspace bedienst du im Schlaf
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du suchst einen flexiblen Job auf 520 € Basis
  • Eine sehr selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise liegt in deiner Natur
