Job Title: Active Sourcing Intern

As an Active Sourcing Intern at AppLike Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in finding new experts and talents while continuously improving our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying new candidates through active sourcing using LinkedIn, Xing, and other tech-related platforms.
  • Draft personalized in-mail messages and use an individual approach to contact candidates, ensuring a good candidate experience.
  • Pre-select candidates in close collaboration with our TA team and Hiring Managers.
  • Research and propose new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate information.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • You are currently living in Germany and can work on-site in our Hamburg base office in a hybrid model.
  • You have gained experience in active search and are familiar with sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • You are familiar with IT industry terminology, technologies, and tools.
  • You have a structured way of working and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to tackle new challenges head-on.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are confident in handling the Google suite.
