About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Active Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Applike Group GmbH. As an Active Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying new candidates through active sourcing using various platforms and tools.
  • Draft and send personalized messages to candidates to ensure a good candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with our TA team and Hiring Managers to pre-select candidates and research new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate information.
  • Support our Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • You are currently living in Germany and are able to work on-site in our Hamburg office in a hybrid model.
  • You have prior experience in active search and are familiar with sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • You have a strong understanding of IT industry terminology, technologies, and tools.
  • You are a self-starter with a structured approach to work and a can-do attitude.
  • You are fluent in English and confident in handling the Google suite.
