Regional Sales Leader

Careforce is a prominent organization within the healthcare sector, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with diverse roles. They are currently seeking a Team Manager for Key Account Managers in the Southern Germany area.
The company's mission is to leverage the potential of RNAi therapeutics to deliver solutions for conditions with limited treatment options. Over the past four years, they have successfully introduced four medications targeting genetic disorders, cardio-metabolic issues, infections, as well as CNS and ocular ailments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to meet established objectives, providing support and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Coordinate field visits alongside the Key Account Manager, collaborating with the sales director and brand team to formulate operational strategies.
- Work in close partnership with the Sales Director, Business Operations, and Sales Incentive Compensation Team to track sales team performance metrics.
- Facilitate effective communication across Medical and Marketing departments.
- Drive revenue enhancement and market share growth through comprehensive customer planning.
- Deliver regular performance reports to management and assist in organizing events and sponsorships.
- Encourage the effective implementation and utilization of the CRM system for data management and forecasting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector with a focus on Key Account Management and team leadership.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a talent for motivating and coaching team members.
- Adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and a relevant educational background.
