Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Bereichsleiter/Operations Manager zur Unterstützung unseres Logistikteams. Ihr Einsatzort wird unser Logistikzentrum in Horn-Bad Meinberg sein.

Als Operations Manager sind Sie in der Lage, Ihre Teams zu begeistern und zu unterstützen. Gleichzeitig sind Sie bereit, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und mit anzupacken, wenn Bedarf besteht.

Sie werden die Führung eines Teams von Area Managern und deren Mitarbeitern übernehmen und gleichzeitig dem Senior Operations Manager Ihres Versandzentrums Bericht erstatten. Die Qualität Ihrer Führungsarbeit ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg in dieser Position: Sie begeistern und motivieren Ihre Teams zu Bestleistungen und sorgen durch die Planung von Terminen und Aktivitäten für ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Mitarbeiter- und Unternehmensanforderungen.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeit wird die Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung sein, mit dem Ziel, alle Aktivitäten, sowohl Ihre eigenen als auch die Ihrer Teammitglieder, zu vereinfachen. Ihre Herausforderungen:

In jedem unserer Distributionszentren bieten wir Ihnen Chance, viel zu bewegen. Als fachlicher und disziplinarischer Leiter Ihres Teams von 4-5 Abteilungsleitern und mehreren Hundert Versandmitarbeitern steuern und überwachen Sie nach intensiver Einarbeitung die operativen Prozesse in Ihrem Bereich (Wareneingang und -lagerung, Kommissionierung und Verpackung oder Retouren) und führen jeden Mitarbeiter zum bestmöglichen Ergebnis.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
- Führen und motivieren der Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Bereich.
- Der ideale Kandidat bringt großes Engagement für die Mitarbeiterentwicklung mit.
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der vorhandenen Prozesse und Abläufe in Hinblick auf Qualität, Sicherheit, Schnelligkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs und eines lückenlosen Reportings für ein Höchstmaß an Produktivität.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Sie sind zielorientiert und in der Lage mit Ungewissheiten umzugehen und bereit, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und mit anzupacken.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, mündlich wie schriftlich sowie ein starkes technisches und analytisches Geschick zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position z.B. in der verarbeitenden Industrie, der Produktion oder der Logistik bzw. besitzen einen BA-, FH- oder Uni-Abschluss der Betriebswirtschaft, im Ingenieurwesen, in der Logistik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtungen.
- Die Erstellung von regelmäßigen und detaillierten Reportings gehören für Sie zur täglichen Arbeit dazu.
- Sie wissen, dass Schichtarbeit und Wochenendarbeit manchmal unumgänglich ist.
- Sie bringen sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (speziell Excel und Outlook) mit.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig in unserem internationalen Umfeld.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ein MBA im Bereich Operations, Ingenieurwesen oder in der Logistik wäre von Vorteil
