SPARK eröffnete seinen ersten Standort SPARK Plaza in Frankfurt am Main und plant, in ganz Deutschland und Europa zu expandieren.

Während wir unsere Standards weiterhin verbessern, suchen wir eine dynamische und erfahrene Fachkraft, die sich unserem Team als Leiter Operations anschließt, um sich auf das operative Geschäft des ersten Standorts zu konzentrieren.

Als Leiter Operations bringen Sie Exzellenz durch das Management aller Aspekte des täglichen Betriebs zum Ausdruck.

Sie schaffen eine Atmosphäre, die unseren Kunden das Gefühl gibt, zu Hause zu sein, und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Ablauf im SPARK Plaza. Dabei konzentrieren Sie sich darauf, dass Ihr Team effektiv zusammenarbeitet und alle Kunden sich sicher und wohl fühlen.

Mit Ihren umfangreichen Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten optimieren Sie betriebliche Abläufe, fördern die Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter, gestalten ein unvergessliches Kundenerlebnis und implementieren unsere Markenstandards.

Aufgaben
  • Exzellenzstandards: Operative Prozesse implementieren und aufrechterhalten, die während der Anlaufphase des SPARK Plaza höchste Kundenzufriedenheit gewährleisten.
  • Teamleitung: Das Operations-Team leiten, entwickeln und in jedem Bereich des Standortmanagements Exzellenzstandards setzen.
  • Kundenzufriedenheit: Gewährleistung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung durch erstklassigen Service für SPARK-Kunden und deren Gäste, sorgfälltige Bearbeitung von Office-Anfragen / Besichtigungen und proaktives Management der SPARK-Community.
  • Flächenmanagement: Verantwortung für alle Event-, Meeting- und Büroflächen (5.500 Quadratmeter) übernehmen, inklusive regelmäßiger Inspektionen des Front- und Back of House, Durchführung von Reinigungsaudits und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich.
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungsfähigkeiten mit der Kompetenz, ein vielfältiges Team zu motivieren und zu leiten, um ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten.
  • Proaktive, unternehmerische Denkweise mit Verständnis für das Geschäftsmodell von SPARK.
