Working Student HR Admin

For  KWS Berlin GmbH,  we are looking for a  Working Student HR Admin & Payroll International   (m/f/d)  for our  Berlin  office in order to support us with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central .  If you are interested in working independently and service-oriented, and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player, and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon. This postion is  limited to 6 months with a chance of extension .

Your tasks:

• Assist with data management and reporting tasks, including maintaining HR databases, generating reports, and analyzing trends to support decision-making.
• Utilize technical aptitude in order to support with implementation and testing of global HCM system Employee Central
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for creating, editing, and formatting documents, utilizing advanced formatting features. 

• Apply a strong understanding of document management principles within Microsoft Word, including version control, track changes, and document sharing.
• Ideally, leverage experience in using PowerDocs for creating, editing, and managing documents within the application.

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies related to document management.
• A strong understanding of document management principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with PowerDocs is a plus.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
