Geschäftsentwicklung des Blu2Light Produktportfolio für die Region DACH Entwicklung der Sales-Strategie sowie Umsetzung Go2Market des Blu2Light Produktportfolios Identifikation und Onboarding von externen Partnern Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie sowie des Produktportfolios Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Regionen für Go2Market, perspektivisch globale Adaption und globaler Roll Out Go2Market Sicherstellung der Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele im verantworteten Produktbereich Kontinuierliche Marktüberwachung sowie Erkennen und Nutzen von Marktpotentialen Mitwirkung in Abstimmungsprozessen zwischen Vertrieb, Entwicklung, Einkauf und Produktion

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) oder eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbar Ausgeprägte kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis Kenntnisse zu den Produkten und Technologien der professionellen Beleuchtungsindustrie sowie über den
Beleuchtungsmarkt und unsere Wettbewerber Kommunikationstalent und Verhandlungsgeschick Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit Reisebereitschaft Anspruchsvolle und vielseitige TätigkeitenMobiles Arbeiten bis zu zwei Tage pro WocheFörderung der beruflichen WeiterbildungZuschuss zur betrieblichen AltersvorsorgeVergünstigungen über unseren MitarbeitershopFirmenevents
