Your responsibilities
Entrepreneurial project developers, enthusiastic to create and develop sustainable energy supply solutions, e.g. utility scale batteries, H2-ready gas-fired power plants, heat pumps, e-boilers Lead the development of these Clean Dispatchable Power projects from initial ideation and take end-to-end responsibility by steering the project resources towards technical, commercial and permitting maturity until the approval of your final investment proposal Manage the interfaces to other corporate functions in the review process of high-quality investment proposals Take ownership to structure the project milestone plan along this journey and establish a strong and clear project governance Manage divergent stakeholder interests in an inclusive, yet goal-oriented way Gather market intelligence and support lobbying of political and regulatory changes in respective market from a project development perspective Execute Uniper’s Clean Dispatchable Power strategyYour profile
University degree in relevant studies, e.g. engineering, business administration, economics or physics Minimum of 4 years of in-depth expertise and proven track record in actively developing and managing large projects, preferably related to power generation, infrastructure or heavy industry Certified project management skills Experienced in functional leadership of international teams in business development activities Profound understanding of the technical and commercial requirements of the development activities Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking combined with the ability to prioritize Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent team-working skills, ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group, strong stakeholder management skills Creative and open-minded character with entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think out of the box Professional command of German and English (another language of a Uniper core country beneficial)Your benefits
