Project Manager in Healthcare IT

Our client, a leading provider in the field of medical software is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales manager to join their team. Your Field of Activity

  • Manage teams and lead innovative healthcare IT projects.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with direct communication.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and information flow across departments.
  • Relay customer feedback to support product improvements.
  • Prepare project plans, manage risks, and handle internal reporting.
  • Act as a key contact for customers to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Seek opportunities for project optimization.
  • Foster effective communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Assist the sales department with presentations and meetings.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a project manager for IT projects, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in a clinical environment (ICU or operating room is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of hospital structures and processes.
  • Ability to analyze, optimize, and manage complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and customer orientation.
  • Motivating leadership of project teams.
  • Business-oriented, solution-focused, and independent work style.
  • Willingness to travel (30%) to Europe for business trips.
  • Proficient in German and English.
