Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our organization.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving product launch schedules from ideation to retail shelves. The ideal candidate will successfully integrate across the wider cross functional teams, such as product marketing, engineering, production, and regional BU's, to identify gaps, risks, and drive solutions to ensure products are delivered on time and on scope.

Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into digestible communication is crucial. A strong desire to win and the ability to move fast are critical skills.

Responsibilities


• Champion brand-specific new product development (NPD) processes. Owning all project schedules to ensure the greater team is successful in launching product on time, on cost, and on scope.


• Provide continuous improvement efforts to enhance the NPD process, strengthen team engagement, and drive efficiency.


• Engage in daily project communications to ensure the team in on track and driving towards successfully launching products.


• Responsible for multiple high-level product project planning, execution, and sharing project success/ failure ownership with other key stakeholders.


• Gather and organize internal resources to drive projects forward. Identify and form solutions to eliminate project roadblocks.


• Coordinate with internal and external teams.


• Manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations.


• Align, funnel, and organize project details to stakeholders.


• Develop project management plan and create status reports to stakeholders; execute, plan and monitor scope creeps.


• Facilitate meetings and workshops in the product development process.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• PMP, Lean Six Sigma.


• Strong product development knowledge; have prior experience working with overseas vendors/stakeholders.


• Demonstrated strong project management skills in product and creative environments.


• Deep knowledge of project management, event planning, and stakeholder expectation management experiences.


• Demonstrate functional knowledge and experiences of NPD and GTM processes.


• Proven experience in driving projects to success.


• Adaptive and open to changes.


• Team-oriented and collaborative in nature. Able to nurture long-term relationships internally and externally.


• Self-driven, proactive, and a hunger to learn. Can do, and Hands-on attitude.


• Assertive and confident and focused on project outcomes. Drives clear communication, deliverables and actions to drive progress.


• Be able to negotiate with stakeholders and prioritize projects and tasks based on company objectives.
