At Sono Motors, we are a motivated small team, dedicated to bringing solar products to the market. As part of our Solar Integration Team that develops products for transportation vehicle applications, you will be responsible for the development of the overall system, such as system definition, system integration, and E/E. In our team your role includes:
- System development of photovoltaic integrations in commercial vehicle applications focused on buses and trucks
- Responsible for feasibility studies and concept development
- Responsible for system testing and validation
- Requirement engineering and creation of specifications
- Project management between different internal teams and external suppliers
- Developing wiring diagrams and system topologies
- D-FMEA for different projects
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or similar discipline
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a development engineer for systems, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle environment
- Broad technical expertise of system engineering or electrical engineering
- Basic knowledge in photovoltaic systems is advantageous
- You have a hands-on mentality and are open to work also on test benches or vehicles
- Living sustainable is important to you - in your private and professional life
- Fluent English is a must - fluent German a plus
- A visionary and highly committed team in a "new-born" company that is endeavouring to combat CO2 emissions
