Teamlead Accounting Payables (f/m/d)
To support our Finance team we are searching for a Teamlead Accounting Payables (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You actively participate in the daily operations of accounts payable and all related tasks You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of currently ten employees You ensure the quality and quantity of accounts payable in DATEV You oversee fixed assets, prepaid expenses, provisions, and VAT pre-registration You optimize bank accounting, payment transactions, and credit card statements You support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
WHO YOU ARE
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration Further training as a certified accountant or comparable qualifications is an advantage Solid knowledge of VAT law Relevant professional experience in accounts payable and team leadership Very good knowledge of accounting software DATEV and ideally MS Excel You have experience in process optimization of accounts payable
