We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Financial Operations. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment, preparing and executing payment runs, and executing bank transfers.
Key Responsibilities- Verify, code, and post all overhead invoices in Esker and JDE (liaising with accounting team on posting)
- Ensure all invoices are processed in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile vendor statements and contact vendors to clarify issues
- Posting and reconciliation of all CAPEX invoices (in coordination with accounting) as well as freight and Duty invoices
- Posting employee expenses
- Bachelor's degree, business major or accounting diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable
- Must be well presented, outgoing, and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, careful, and independent way of working as well as resilience and flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with JD Edwards is a bonus
- Fluent in German and good English skills
