The role
HelloFresh is looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of Procure-to-Pay projects focused on process excellence and digital transformation. This role engages with diverse stakeholders across 11 international markets, and will have a significant impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its procurement and supply chain.

What you’ll do
Act as a liaison between Commercial and Technology organizations by translating business requirements into technical specifications for successful project execution. Lead deployment of digital tools within procurement and SCM, including project management and change management activities. Assess existing procure-to-pay processes used throughout our international markets and propose streamlined solutions to ensure compliance with global standards. Work closely with technical stakeholders (Product, IT, Engineering) to define business requirements, map future state processes and drive digitalization. Establish metrics to measure progress against the digital transformation roadmap. Create and maintain international SOPs related to procure-to-pay processes. Other continuous improvement projects as assigned.
What you’ll bring
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or related fields. 3+ years of experience as a consultant or in a similar role with a focus on Procurement Technology or Process Excellence Prior experience in the food industry, FMCG and CPG industry is an asset but not required. Advanced Project Management skills, certifications like Lean Six Sigma are considered a plus Experience with writing technical specifications, driving system implementations and executing digital transformation projects. Experience with deployment of procurement and supply chain technology solutions across multiple international markets or divisions. Exposure to corporate procurement governance and familiarity with best practices.Skills:
An ownership mindset and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork. Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite software packages. Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Atlassian, Monday.com, Asana).Language:
English is our official company language. Other European languages such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian would be an asset but not required.
