Zur Verstärkung unseres Expert:innenpools am Standort Eschborn (bei Frankfurt am Main) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unbefristeter Festanstellung einen Solution Developer (m/w/d) RPA und Intelligent Automation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Menschen, Bots und KI gemeinsam in Aktion für nachhaltig optimierte, automatisierte und digitalisierte Geschäftsprozesse. Mit innovativen Lösungen auf Basis von Low Code Plattformen tragen wir maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden ihre Digitalisierungsziele erreichen.

Kleine eingespielte Teams, eine effiziente Vorgehensweise und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Experten unserer Kunden erstellen wir die RPA- und Intelligent-Automation-Lösungen in deutlich kürzerer Zeit. Als Solution Developer (m/w/d) bist du Teil eines solchen Teams. Mit entsprechender Erfahrung gehst du in den Lead. Du beobachtest die Entwicklung der Plattformen, Tools und Trends im Themengebiet der Intelligent Automation (RPA/DPA). Als gefragte:r Expert:in gibst du dein Wissen an deine Kolleg:innen weiter und leitest Neueinsteiger:innen an.

Zudem gehören diese weiteren Aufgaben zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich:
•Mitwirkung bei der Prozessanalyse und Identifikation von Automatisierungspotential
•Proof of Concepts, Prototypen und Lösungen erstellen
•Mitwirkung beim Go Live und Einweisung sowie Unterstützung der Anwender

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung. In dieser Zeit hast du dir ein solides Fundament erarbeitet und Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder sogar im Umgang mit RPA bzw. Intelligent Automation Plattformen gesammelt.

Zu deinen Kompetenzen zählen:
•Erste Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung. Idealerweise auf Basis von K2, UiPath, Pega oder BluePrism
•Sicherer Umgang mit JavaScript, Python oder VBA
•Datenbank und SQL Know How
•Erst Kenntnisse mit Integration von IA-Plattformen in die IT
•Betrieb und Pflege der Plattformen
•Anbindung von Businesssystemen etc
•Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
