Möchtest du Teil eines innovativen Startups sein, das den Gesundheitsmarkt in Deutschland neu gestaltet? In dieser Position bist du hauptverantwortlich für alle Zahlungs- sowie Rechnungslegungsprozesse bei marta. Als Teil des Finance-Teams unterstützt du dabei auch die Rechnungslegung der Betreuungskräfte sowie verschiedener interner Teams. Mit deinem Fachwissen trägst du weiterhin zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse bei, wodurch wir diese weiter automatisieren können.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Du verantwortest die (teils automatisierte) Rechnungslegung für verschiedene interne Stakeholder

  • Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Debitorenbuchhaltung

  • Du nimmst an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen teil 

Das bringst du zu uns mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich, oder vergleichbar.

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bringst Englischkenntnisse mit.

  • Du kannst Themen selbständig vorantreiben und Fachfragen eigenständig klären.

  • Neben deiner genauen Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich Stressresistenz und Geduld aus. 

  • Du kennst dich mit den relevanten Softwaresystemen (DATEV, etc.) aus und hast Freude, mit digitalen Tools zu arbeiten. Office-Software wie Excel beherrschst du sicher.

Über uns

Warum wir marta gegründet haben.

Als wir eine 24-Stunden-Betreuung für unsere Angehörigen suchten, fühlten wir uns auf diesem komplizierten und überteuerten Markt oft allein gelassen. Außerdem wurden wir wütend, als wir feststellten, dass die Agenturen einen Großteil des Gehalts, das wir unseren Pflegekräften zahlten, einbehielten. Nach fünf Jahren erfolgloser Suche nach einer seriösen Agentur haben wir es uns 2020 zur Aufgabe gemacht, die 24-Stunden-Betreuung in Deutschland zu verbessern und schließlich marta gegründet.

In Erinnerung an Marta, die uns jahrelang liebevoll bei der Pflege unserer Großeltern unterstützt hat, haben wir das Unternehmen nach ihr benannt.

Wir sind der festen Überzeugung, dass sich die Betreuerinnen und Betreuer besser um unsere Liebsten kümmern, wenn wir bei marta ihnen faire Arbeits- und Lebensbedingungen bieten. Unser Ziel ist es, den Markt für 24-Stunden-Pflege grundlegend zu verbessern, indem wir eine Plattform aufbauen, die Pflegekräfte und Familien ohne weitere Vermittler zusammenbringt.
