Global Business Development Manager

What you will do
Lead the business development of ProxximaTM into the automotive segment. Accountable for developing the business strategy, selecting the partner accounts, and driving the programs through to sales. Responsible for understanding the value in use of this unique resin system and setting appropriate pricing strategies. Accountable for the P&L projections of the segment. Develop and lead a team of global business development resources.

About you
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
10+ years in the automotive composites industry Knowledge of the automotive composites' ecosystem with an existing network of contacts Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, preferably resins. Capable of translating market needs, technical and commercial, into a product and go-to-market strategy Strong communicator with good mix of technical and commercial skills Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop peopleStay in Touch with us
