Proposal and Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Support the project acquisition and project execution activities for the Directorate Technology Development Projects for Telecommunication, Navigation, and Defense. Manage the end-to-end proposal process. Act as the proposal manager for tenders, assemble and coordinate a proposal team with the relevant services, products or business knowledge required to prepare and submit a winning proposal. Act as the project manager of studies or projects resulting from the proposals. Monitor and control the progress, schedule, costs, risks, and quality of the project.

Your Qualifications

Engineering degree or business degree with extensive experience in technical fields, or similar qualifications. Several years of experience in the PMO field or project management is an advantage. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills, efficient, and well-organized working style. Good communication skills and conflict solving ability. Very good skills of MS office and project management tools (good knowledge of MS Project and Planisware is an advantage). Fluency in spoken and written English.
