Du brennst für Herausforderungen?

Werde einer unserer Profis im SAP Managed Cloud Umfeld In Deiner Rolle als Technical Service Manager (TSM) übernimmst Du für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden spannende Koordinationsthemen im Technical Service Management.

■ Du bist technische:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden im Bereich SAP-Basis Support

■ Du bist verantwortlich für den erfolgreichen Betrieb von SAP-Systemlandschaften unserer Kunden und unterstützt sie durch professionelle Beratung und Betreuung.

■ Du stellst sicher, dass die SAP-Landschaften der Kunden kontinuierlich gewartet, aktualisiert und optimiert werden.

■ Du übernimmst die Koordination und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen und Projekten mit Fokus auf SAP-Technologie, Datenbanken und Cloudinfrastruktur.

■ Die Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Serviceprozesse innerhalb des Technical Service Management und der Cloud-Organisation gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Potential

■ Du benötigst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenbetreuung im Umfeld von SAP-Anwendungen und -Services, insbesondere im Bereich SAP Basis.

■ Du verfügst über eine hohe Affinität für moderne IT-Technologien.

■ Eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Lernbereitschaft sowie Flexibilität zeichnen Dich aus.

■ Außerdem bist Du ein:e motivierte:r Teamplayer:in, die/der gern mit internationalen Teams zusammenarbeitet.

■ Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
