WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?

You will be part of a highly competent sales organization for Middle Europe with 90+ employees. Together with with Technical Event Support and Marketing Team, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager, Darina Steinberger. Additionally, you will closely corroporate with other functions from Sales and Sales Engineer, to Architect & Engineers. And we make the difference - together

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A TECHNICAL EVENT COORDINATOR?

As the Technical Event Coordinator, you will take ownership of all equipment and materials required for internal and customer events in the Middle Europe region, focusing on technical event coordination and execution, warehouse management, and local IT support. Responsibilities includes:

Technical Event Coordination and Execution (approx.70 %)

Engage as a Technical Event Coordinator, responsible for Axis’ technical event material like PCs, Screens, Cameras, and presentation towers in the Middle Europe Region

Preparation of the material for events including the check of the returned material

Setup and design of different “Event packages” that are bookable through our marketing and sales employees.

Design of new technical concepts for our events

Maintenance of our equipment and material including software updates and other configurations

Coordination and preparation of mobile testing setups

Maintenance of the Axis Show-van

On-site event support

Warehouse (approx. 20%)

Take care and organize incoming and outgoing Axis event related goods.

Local IT Support for our office in Ismaning (approx. 10%)

1st Level Support for basic IT related questions and problems like adding printer to the network or connecting network drives.

Support of 2nd Level cases in cooperation with IT Lund

Local Interface towards our IT Department in Lund

Installing and updating of software and hardware

Setup of new workspaces including configuring new PCs according to our corporate policies

Travel within the territory, region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.

We’d love to hear that you have/are...

Working experience of +2 years in an Event related job needed with an IT background

Education in an IT related job is a strong plus

Good knowledge about Windows and Network design

Strong technical affinity

Driver licence (B & C categories)

Enthusiasm about future technologies

Hands On attitude

Strong organizational skills

Friendly and open character; patience; being service minded towards customers and colleague

Good skills in English and German (written and verbal)
