We're currently seeking a Part-Time Technical Event Support to join our team in Ismaning (Munich) . This office-based position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Axis, a rapidly growing IT company with a global presence.

WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
You will be part of a highly competent sales organization for Middle Europe with 90+ employees. Together with with Technical Event Support and Marketing Team, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager, Darina Steinberger. Additionally, you will closely cooperate with other functions from Sales and Sales Engineer, to Architect & Engineers. And we make the difference - together
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A TECHNICAL EVENT COORDINATOR?
As the Technical Event Coordinator, you will take ownership of coordination of the Axis warehouse in Ismaning as well as for supporting the Technical Event Coordinator in preparing and maintaining event material. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Warehouse (approx.70 %)
Take care of incoming and outgoing Axis solutions and goods
Administrate all hardware going in and out the warehouse:
Update and maintain the products.
Keep track of End-of-life products.
Support demonstrations in the warehouse.
Technical Event Support (approx. 30%)
Support the Technical Event Coordinator, who is responsible for Axis’ technical event material like PCs, Screens, Cameras and presentation towers in the Middle Europe Region.
Support with the maintenance of our equipment and material including software updates and other configurations.
Preparation of mobile testing setups.
Travel within the territory, region and to Axis’ HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.

Working experience of +2 years in a similar job with technical background
Strong technical affinity and interest in IT
Driver licence (B & C categories) is a strong plus
Enthusiasm about future technologies
Hands On attitude
Strong organizational skills
Friendly and open character; patience; being service minded towards customers and colleagues
Good skills in English and German (written and verbal)
