Wir suchen Dich als Speditionskaufmann als Project Coordinator / Disponent Multi Modal Solutions (w/m/d) für unsere Abteilung der Global Projects & Industry Solutions in Düsseldorf.
Bei Global Project & Industry Solutions (GPIS) erarbeiten erfahrene Spezialisten von DB Schenker, unabhängig vom Verkehrsträger individuelle und innovative Transportkonzepte, abgestimmt auf die Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden, unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts,- Zeit-, und Kostenaspekten sowie örtlichen Bedingungen und klimatischen Gegebenheiten.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du bist für die Abwicklung von internationalen Übermaß- / Schwerguttransporten und General Cargo per LKW und anderen Verkehrsträgern im Bereich Anlagen- und Projektlogistik verantwortlich Dazu übernimmst Du die Disposition von paneuropäischen Fremdfahrzeugen Auch die Organisation von verkehrsträgerübergreifenden Lieferungen im multimodalen Transportbereich Binnenschiff und Bahn gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben Außerdem verantwortest Du die Ratenverhandlungen mit Frachtführern sowie den Einkauf, die Disposition und die Buchung von Frachtraum Im Rahmen dessen betreust Du deine Kunden per Mail und Telefon und entwickelst Transportlösungen sowie Angebotserstelllungen Die Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Abrufen unserer GPIS Auslandsorganisationen und Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation liegen in deinem Aufgabenbereich, genauso wie die Sendungsverfolgung und das Status Reporting
Requirements
Dein Profil:
Du bringst eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik oder alternativ auch fachbezogenes Studium mit Du begeisterst Dich für logistische Themen und hast Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Fachwissens Du konntest bereits einschlägige speditionelle Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Spezialtransporte sammeln Kenntnisse über Bahn- und Binnenschiffstransporten sowie zu Fahrzeugtechnik wären von Vorteil Du zeichnest Dich durch eine Kunden- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und bist ein Teamplayer Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office setzen wir voraus Das bieten wir:Ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit aktuellen Technologien und Logistikprozessen.
