ELA International GmbH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in Dusseldorf. As the main point of contact for housekeeping, technical teams, and external suppliers, you will be responsible for managing all ongoing office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office operations, including housekeeping and technical support
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and general appointments
- Manage internal staff queries and provide support as needed
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, providing excellent customer service
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, office management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and other systems
- Energetic and hands-on mentality, with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and German language skills
