The Supervisor Inside Sales will be responsible to lead and to coordinate the Inside Sales team in all aspects of Sales process.

What You Will Do

Lead the Inside Sales team in different locations for different accounts in Germany with report to the Sales Director Develop your team with all individual employees to make sure that your team is able to solve the day-to-day business Manage the system integration with your team for Sales in Europe to the Molex landscape Organize the communication with your team to all internal departments related to fulfill the customer requirements Work closely with the leaders from program management, finance and risk management to identify gaps in communication and process Participate in integration projects to bring in interest/relevant information from Sales Manage portal access for different customers with your team

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

3+ years experience as Inside Sales or Customer Service Experience working within a multicultural, fast-paced corporate environment Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills Organizational skills to anticipate, plan prioritize and self-monitor workload Hands-on team player with the ability to work independently Customer orientation Problem Solving capabilities, solution orientated ERP knowledge Fluent in German and English
