We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and has an adaptable personality. This candidate must have a strong sense of urgency to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve individual and company goals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Acquire new client business for further business development
• Establish and develop new and existing sales client relationships
• Provide administrative support to our sales team and coordinate resulting client appointments
• Prepare proposals for clients and follow up on proposals
• Active customer care by supporting the sales process
• Active tracking and support of the complaint process
• Supporting sales activities as part of sales promotion and cross-selling activities

Your main skills:

• At least 2 years of telephone sales experience
• Consistently conducts sales-oriented customer meetings
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style
• Good knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of chemistry a plus
