You will be responsible for building up our marketplace in France: Identify, acquire, integrate and develop potential partners and help us to strategically expand our product range at Fressnapf In order to identify relevant categories for our French marketplace, you will conduct market and competitive analysis, including acquiring partners from unrelated industries with a new product focus You will shape the vendor management for our French marketplace partners, including negotiating contract terms, overseeing the onboarding process for new partners and ensuring contract execution Being part of our ambitious marketplace team, you will be the interface between external partners and internal departments such as the procurement team You will strengthen our presence in France by attending events and trade shows

Your field of study is not a deciding factor for us - what matters is that you have relevant experience in the online marketplace sector You have a proven track record of successfully growing partner and product portfolios Your strong analytical skills enable you to effectively use data to support decision-making Excellent negotiation and communication skills enable you to build effective relationships You are a strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities Fluency in both French (native level) and English is essential, German is a strong plus
