Marketplace Development Specialist

At Fressnapf, we're on a mission to simplify the relationship between humans and animals. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth in France. Your primary focus will be on building and expanding our marketplace, identifying and acquiring potential partners, and developing our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our marketplace in France, including identifying and acquiring new partners.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform our product range and partner acquisition strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contract terms, and oversee the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, to ensure seamless execution of our marketplace strategy.
  • Represent Fressnapf at events and trade shows to strengthen our presence in France.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the online marketplace sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing partner and product portfolios.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively use data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Fluency in French (native level) and English, with German being a strong plus.
