Ihre Aufgaben
Projektmanagement:
Verwaltung und Monitoring des Projektumfangs, einschließlich der Erkennung potenzieller Probleme und der Vornahme erforderlicher Anpassungen Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen den Abteilungen innerhalb einer Organisation, um sicherzustellen, dass Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern und in die Mutterorganisation Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektmeilensteinen und Fristen durch Kommunikation mit allen am Projekt beteiligten Parteien Überwachung der Budgets, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kosten die geplanten Ausgaben nicht übersteigen Erstellung und Verwaltung von Projektzeitplänen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Meilensteinen Selbstständige Verantwortung für Projekte und Aufgaben der Unternehmensentwicklung Management von internen und externen Projektressourcen Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Umsetzung von Projekten mit den beteiligten Abteilungen (messbare Ergebnisse)Business Development:
Unterstützung des Bereiches Business Development in Fragen der Portfolioweiterentwicklung innerhalb und außerhalb des Kerngeschäftsfeldes Heart & Lung and Therapeutic Apharesis sowie Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder Beobachtung und Analyse der Marktentwicklung, der Veränderung von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie der Aktivitäten von Mitbewerbern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten Recherche zur aktuellen Marktsituation sowie innovativen Trends Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Strategien, um Produkte in Marktlücken platzieren sowie neue Märkte erschließen zu können Mitarbeit beim Aufbau interner und externer Informationsnetzwerke sowie Schnittstellenmanagement Unterstützung bei der Aufstellung von Geschäfts- und Finanzplänen und Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen neuer Geschäftsmodelle Aufbau neuer Kontakte zu Kooperationspartnern bzw. Pflege bestehender Kooperationen und Geschäftsbeziehungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten Ausarbeitung von Konzepten und Unterstützung in der Durchführung von Markt- und Meinungsforschung Berichterstattung an den CEO und das Management Analyse und Interpretation von Informationen zur Erstellung von EntscheidungsgrundlagenIhr Profil
Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder Medizintechnik Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Healthcare Bereich Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Businessplänen und Geschäftsmodellen Fundierte Kenntnisse der Geschäftsbereiche Strategisches Denkvermögen und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ein Gespür für Märkte und Trends Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeit Strukturierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in PowerPoint und ExcelWir bieten
