Role Overview: Project Manager at Bildungscampus

Field: Real Estate Management, Career Development Path // Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Diverse Project Management: Oversee major construction initiatives as the owner's representative for internal projects.
  • Accountability: Ensure efficient and organized project execution across all phases of the HOAI / AHO guidelines.
  • Expertise Contribution: Lead and manage both object and technical planning while coordinating with all project stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Advisory: Responsible for project control and reporting, preparing essential materials for decision-making bodies.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience & Qualifications: Several years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a completed degree in fields such as Civil Engineering.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in HOAI / AHO, VOB / BGB, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, negotiation capabilities, and assertiveness.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong social competence, teamwork, and effective communication abilities.
