JOB DESCRIPTION

You are passionate about the Brand, and the Product and will put Consumer at the center of all your decisions.

You will have the complete account management responsibility of driving Net revenues, Profitability and Sell out.

You will develop and drive execution of strategic business plans for each account showing progress yoy in terms of business, product presentation and Brand experience.

You will achieve monthly, quarterly & annual KPIs.

You will deliver a compelling and consistent brand experience to surprise & delight our customers & consumers and to generate sell out at door level.

You will inspire your peers and colleagues with your ideas, and outstanding results.

Develop and execute long term strategic business plans for each account to grow the Net revenues and the profitability and to ensure the Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies. Plans will include doors development, space and location optimization, assortment segmentation, marketing initiatives, T&C. Execute seasonally and yearly the plans Hold regular meetings with the accounts to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions. Lead the conversations on T&C to grow the business top and bottom line.  Collect and analyse regularly account’s sell out data, stock coverage, sell in data, O&O retail data. Take decisions and make proposals to the accounts based on a strong business knowledge. Collect and leverage market information and stay always on top of the game to identify opportunities and risks and take prompt decisions. Proactively look and implement the best practices in place in other markets and within other channels Support the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by giving clear strategic directions and growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodology ( mastering the ROS, life of line, €/M²,and other key metrics) Prepare in collaboration with merchandise team and lead the sell in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability target; optimize pre-bookings, order book conversion and door openings.  Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in increase thru space management: growth, relocation, branded space implementation and VM execution Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in thru distribution or product categories with existing accounts. Drive for results by building excellent relationships with the customers, including store staff to establish and maintain customer and consumer satisfaction Maintain and prospect distribution in compliance of LRN & DRN (Levi’s/ Dockers’ Retail Network) & T&Cs including our minimum order requirements. Ensure proper contractual agreement are in place and diligently updated Partner cross-functional partnerships to ensure that product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, VM align & deliver performance and a premium brand experience in all accounts, all of the time. Drive e-com standards to ensure presence features only current assets, and overall brand presentation is in line with LRN criteria’s.
