Application Support Specialist

- Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Überwachung und die Unterstützung unserer Dialer- und Voicebot-Systeme, um einen reibungslosen und effizienten Betrieb zu gewährleisten
- Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen und Störungen im Zusammenhang mit Dialer- und Voicebot-Anwendungen
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsarbeiten und Updates, um die Leistungsfähigkeit und Sicherheit der Systeme zu gewährleisten
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklerteam, um neue Funktionen zu implementieren und bestehende Systeme zu optimieren
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best Practices und Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Systemstabilität und -effizienz
- Bereitstellung technischer Unterstützung und Schulung für Endbenutzer:innen und interne Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anwendungen effektiv genutzt werden
- Dokumentation von Supportfällen, Lösungsstrategien und Systemänderungen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Fachbereich oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle mit Schwerpunkt auf Dialer- und Voicebot-Systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung und Wartung von IT-Systemen, insbesondere im Bereich VoIP-Technologien
- Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen wie Python oder JavaScript ist von Vorteil
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme effektiv zu lösen
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und neue Technologien zu erlernen
