  • Verlässliches Arbeiten: Du entwickelst Dashboards mit Tableau zur Darstellung von KPIs zur Projektperformance
  • Daten sind alles: Du bereitest Rohdaten zur Nutzung in Tableau vor, z.B. durch das Zusammenführen von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen
  • Analysen bringen den Durchblick: Du führst Datenanalysen durch und stellst diese graphisch dar (z.B. Monitoring Indicators)
  • Gründliche Strukturierung: Du baust entsprechende Datenstrukturen auf, wertest diese aus und dokumentierst sie
  • Ganzheitlicher Überblick: Du erarbeitest außerdem alternative Datenvisualisierungen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung: Du verbesserst und entwickelst Tools z. B. in Excel mit Hilfe von VBA und Access (optional mit Python)
  • Projektmanagement erleben: Du unterstützt die Bereiche Projektreporting und -controlling sowie das Project Management Office Team im Tagesgeschäft
  • Studiengang: Du studierst derzeit: (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen verwandten Studiengang
  • Skills: Du bringst Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Excel, VBA Makro-Programmierung und Python mit, um auch bei kurzfristigen Anforderungen Lösungsentwicklungen mit zu erarbeiten
  • Erfahrung: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Daten aus verschiedenen Datenquellen und Formaten
  • Arbeitsweise: Du kannst Arbeitsergebnisse nachvollziehbar und sauber darstellen, vorzugsweise mit PowerPoint
  • Persönlichkeit: Du bist ergebnisorientiert, strukturiert und sorgfältig und zeichnest dich durch deine Teamfähigkeit aus
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wichtige Informationen:
  • Arbeiten in Teilzeit: Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Studium. Deshalb ist die Werkstudierendentätigkeit während der Vorlesungszeit maximal mit 20 Stunden pro Woche möglich.
  • Ordentlich Studierende sind bei uns herzlich willkommen: Du musst immatrikuliert sein und die Prüfungsleistungen bzw. Module deines Studiums dürfen noch nicht abgeschlossen sein, sodass du noch mindestens 6 Monate in unserem Team arbeiten kannst. Ebenso darfst du dich nicht im Urlaubssemester befinden.
  • Du solltest nahe am Einsatzort wohnen: Für uns ist es wichtig, mit dir vor Ort zu arbeiten und dich in das Team zu integrieren. Du solltest deshalb die Möglichkeit haben, regelmäßig zum Standort zu kommen.
