About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent to join our Project Management Office team at Infineon Technologies. As a Werkstudent, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and contributing to the development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project performance metrics.
  • Data Preparation and Management: Prepare and process data from various sources, including data integration and data quality control.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decision-making.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide data insights, and communicate results.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in a related field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA macro programming, and Python programming languages.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with data from various sources and formats is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English languages.
