About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent to join our Project Management Office team at Infineon Technologies. As a Werkstudent, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and contributing to the development of our data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to present key performance indicators (KPIs) for project performance.
  • Data Preparation: Prepare raw data for use in Tableau by combining data from various sources.
  • Data Insights: Conduct data analyses and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain data structures, test them, and document them.
  • Alternative Data Visualizations: Develop alternative data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Tool Development: Continuously improve and develop tools using Excel with VBA and Access (optional with Python).
  • Project Support: Support project reporting and controlling, as well as the Project Management Office team in their daily business.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently studying in a related field such as (Business) Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, VBA macro programming, and Python to develop solutions quickly.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have experience working with data from various sources and formats.
  • Work Style: You can present work results in a clear and concise manner, preferably using PowerPoint.
  • Personality: You are result-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with excellent team skills.
  • Language Skills: You have good German and English language skills.
