Medical Excellence Associate (m/w/d)

Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?

Der Medical Excellence Associate (m/w/d) ist eine wichtige Schüsselfunktion, um strategische Geschäftsprozesse und Projekte im deutschen Medical Affairs HUB zu unterstützen und voranzutreiben.

Unterstützung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von strategischen Prozessen und Projekten im Bereich Medical Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B. Ethics & Compliance) Identifizierung von Prozessen mit unnötiger Komplexität und deren Vereinfachung Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Dashboards mit unseren Key Performance Indikatoren; Identifikation weiterer Key Performance Indikatoren Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Business Reviews Koordination, Training und Implementierung bei der Einführung neuer Verfahrensanweisungen oder Systeme zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Produktivität innerhalb von Medical Förderung einer effektiven und klaren internen Kommunikation (HUB, IBU & Global)

Abgeschlossenes medizinisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Medical der Pharmaindustrie Exzellente Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung im Führen von Projektteams Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und Business Acumen Hohe Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen jederzeit den Überblick behalten Fähigkeit anspruchsvolle und komplexe Aufgaben zu bewältigen sowie eigenständige Prioritätensetzung Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute kommunikative Eigenschaften Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb cross-funktionaler Teams Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
