The Senior Executive Service team supports the company's Executive Board and Supervisory Board in all IT matters.
We are looking to strengthen our team with an IT Solution Architect in the Products & Services area.
Your future tasks in detail::
Identifying customer requirements and advising on specific IT solutions Planning, development & implementation of department-specific digital processes and solutions as well as their ongoing optimization and sustainable review (incl. automation potential) Expansion, optimization and further development of the tool landscape used in the customer area with the aim of making the usability and interaction of the systems as convenient and efficient as possible Planning & further development of on prem & cloud service architectures with complex technical interfaces Ensuring, considering & implementing security and data protection solutions for the special requirements of the department Comprehensive management of IT projects using classic or agile project management methods and ensuring sustainable project success Regular benchmarking and identification of innovations, trends and topics on the market as well as preparation and provision of information for relevant stakeholders First-level IT support for the customer area Incident / problem management: further development of the process as well as planning, management and sustainable resolution of incidents QualifikationenWhat you bring with you:
Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification with many years of appropriate professional experience Many years of experience in the design, evaluation, implementation, rollout and operation of IT services In-depth knowledge of infrastructure/technology topics and their interfaces to relevant system landscapes (PC/notebook, tablet, telephone, mobile, Active Directory, VPN, etc.) Several years of experience in creating IT architectures Extensive experience & knowledge of common cloud providers Experience in IT security and information security Experience in managing and collaborating with business partners Cross-hierarchical communication and negotiation skills Business fluent in German and EnglishPersonal skills:
