Dein Verantwortungsbereich
Du verantwortest mit Deinem Schicht-Team, bestehend aus den Bereichsleitern und Supervisor, die Erreichung der Ziele rund um Sicherheit, Qualität und Produktion. Du motivierst und inspirierst Dein Team und schaffst eine positive Teamdynamik, die alle Mitarbeiter dazu ermutigt, Feedback zu geben und Veränderungen von innen heraus voranzutreiben Du bist POC für Kommunikation, Eskalation und Reporting zur Produktionsleitung sowie zu anderen internen Stakeholdern Für Dich ist ressourcenschonende Einsatzplanung von Personal, Zutaten und Energie selbstverständlich Du leitest Untersuchung von Fehlerursachen im Produktionsablauf ein und definierst und setzt Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung um Du und Dein Team seid verantwortlich für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher arbeitsrechtlicher Regelungen bezüglich Hygiene, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz
Dein Profil
Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung (vorzugsweise aus den Branchen Lebensmittel- / Getränke- / E-Commerce- / Fertigwaren- / Vertriebsbranche) mit Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine erfolgreiche Ausbildung zum Meister, staatlich gepr. Lebensmitteltechniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Deine Berufserfahrung konntest du in den letzten Jahren im Bereich Produktion und/oder Logistik sammeln Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift Du zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke aus Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft Du bringst Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit sind Dir vertraut
