Naturida entwickelt und vermarktet D2C-Brands im Bereich hochwertiger Kosmetik, Wellness und Gesundheit. Du liebst Onlinemarketing und bist ein analytischer und kreativer Kopf mit einem guten Gespür für Trends und Märkte?

Performance Marketing Manager :in (Berlin oder Homeoffice).

Aufgaben
  • Als Performance Marketing Manager :in und Media Buyer :in wirst du die treibende Kraft hinter unserer Expansion sein. Wir arbeiten an verschiedenen Brands und Produkten, die wir bereits sehr erfolgreich international (aktuell in D, BeNeLux, DK, IT) vermarkten
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Marketingstrategien. Dies schließt die Mediaplanung und Budgetverantwortung für 6-stellige Monatsbudgets mit ein
  • Du schaltest Kampagnen über verschiedene Plattformen (u.a. Meta, Google, Pinterest, Native) und optimierst sie laufend
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Kreativ-Team zusammen, um effektive und ansprechende Werbekampagnen zu erstellen, die unser Zielpublikum ansprechen und unsere Produkte effektiv vermarkten
  • Du hast alle relevanten KPIs im Blick und nutzt sie zur Optimierung deiner Kampagnen
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein tiefes Marketing Verständnis, umfassende Erfahrung in performance-orientiertem Onlinemarketing und bist am Puls der Zeit bzgl. aktueller Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Dein hohes Maß an Analysefähigkeit und Detailorientierung zeigt sich im Testing und in der Optimierung, deiner Kreativität lässt du freien Lauf bei der Entwicklung von Kampagnen und Ads
  • Mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art arbeitest du effizient im Team und schaffst es, auch unter Druck und in stressigen Phasen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren und exzellente Performance zu liefern
  • Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind auf sehr gutem Niveau
