Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as Head of IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure, team management, and strategic planning to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure of our 40+ hotels and headquarters
- Team leadership and development (currently 2 team members)
- Planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Ensuring data security and compliance with data protection regulations
- Management and administration of Microsoft 365 products
- Leading and coordinating IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies
- Supporting hotel staff in IT-related matters
- Collaboration with external service providers and suppliers
- Development and implementation of IT strategies to support business objectives
- Management of support L1/L2 and ticket system
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the IT sector, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience as an administrator of Microsoft 365 products
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- High problem-solving competence and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation
- Fluent German and English language skills
