Für unsere gruppenweite "Central IT" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Hamburg eine IT Assistenz (m/w/d) im Team "IT Process- & Project Management".


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von internen IT-Projekten
  • Abwicklung organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben
  • Du planst und koordinierst eigenständig Termine, Meetings und Reisen
  • Bestellung von IT-Equipment gruppenweit
  • Prüfen und Kontieren von Rechnungen
  • Aufbereitung von IT-Ausschreibungen
  • Verwalten von Dienstleistungsportalen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technischer Background und ein gutes Verständnis für technische Sachverhalte
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektkoordination und Projektassistenz
  • Erfahrung im Microsoft 365 App-Umfeld
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent sowie Kreativität
  • Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Grundvoraussetzung sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
