Student Assistant (m/f/d) in IT Support Services

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will assist the internal IT team and serve as a personal contact point for our students, staff, and faculty regarding technical inquiries.
  • You will troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software, including peripheral devices.
  • You will manage tickets in our cross-campus helpdesk system.
  • You will onboard new staff members into the IT system landscape and provide advisory support.

Your Profile:

  • You are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • A strong service and customer orientation, along with good organizational skills, are essential.
  • You enjoy independently seeking solutions to problems.
  • Proficient language skills in both German and English are required.
