Student Assistant in IT Strategy

Your Role
- As part of a strategic initiative to enhance IT capabilities across the organization, you will assist with diverse and engaging tasks.
- You will aid in defining and executing strategies, processes, organizational structures, and change management efforts.
- Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops and managing the preparation and follow-up activities, including process design and modeling.
- You will oversee project monitoring and control activities.
- Your duties will encompass preparing project presentations for senior management and board discussions.
- You will collaborate with various Körber companies and Group functions, including Purchasing, Finance, Human Resources, and Communications.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing a degree in engineering, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- You have gained some practical experience in industrial settings, such as through internships or training programs.
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy working independently.
- You are proficient in IT and have good user skills in standard MS Office applications.
- Basic technical knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor, and fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, complete your profile.
