Deine Aufgaben

  • Qualität sichern:
    Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Qualität von HRworks und testest neue Funktionen und Fehlerbehebungen hartnäckig aus Usersicht bis der Qualitätsanspruch erreicht ist.

  • Dokumentieren:
    Du beschreibst die Arbeitspakete für die Entwicklung so exakt, dass möglichst keine Fehlinterpretationen entstehen und jedem Entwickler sofort klar ist, was programmiert werden soll.

  • Probleme identifizieren:
    Du identifizierst und reproduzierst Bugs, so dass die Ursache klar ist und entsprechende Maßnahmen dagegen vorgenommen werden können.

  • Testprozess-Optimierung:
    Du arbeitest mit dem Team zusammen an der laufenden Optimierung des aktuellen Testverfahrens sowie deren Dokumentation.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung 
  • Du bist hartnäckig beim Testen von neuen Features bis diese dem Qualitätsanspruch genügen, bringst dabei aber eine Mischung aus Genauigkeit und Pragmatismus mit
  • Du bringst Kommunikationsstärke, Selbstständigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und bringst Dich aktiv mit Ideen ein
  • Du kannst an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig arbeiten und zeigst eine hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Du begeisterst Dich für Digitalisierung und Software und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis
