Quality Assurance Test Manager

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and contributing to testing activities on Jedox software components, utilizing an engineering toolset (issue tracker, test case management system, test tools, CVS, etc.).
* Collaborating with QA engineers to design, execute, and review both manual and automated tests.
* Working with agile teams during team ceremonies to support planning and execution, providing valuable quality assurance perspectives and expertise.
* Facilitating and improving onboarding, knowledge transfer, and day-to-day work activities for QA engineers.
* Coordinating and contributing to test automation activities.
* Managing and overseeing testing activities throughout the software release process.
* Reporting on testing activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
* Contributing to the definition and maintenance of test policies, test strategies, and test plans to drive continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance engineer with over 5 years of practical experience in software development, including test automation across multiple tools, and a deep understanding of QA practices and workflows.
