Vielfältige Aufgaben erwarten Ihr Engagement:
Sie werden Teil der topsystem GmbH und damit Teil der EPG. Als Project Manager im Geschäftsbereich Voice Solutions leisten Sie Ihren Beitrag zur digitalen und smarten Logistik von morgen Konkret werden Sie nationale und internationale IT-Projekte mit Bezug zur Intralogistik bei Neu- und Bestandskunden verschiedenster Branchen leiten und realisieren. Mit jedem Projekt arbeiten Sie mit einem hohen Handlungsspielraum an der Verbesserung von Prozessen und haben so die Möglichkeit Ihren eigenen Fußabdruck zu hinterlassen.
Im Detail setzen sich Ihre Aufgaben wie folgt zusammen:
Sie leiten die gesamten technischen und kaufmännischen Abläufe Ihrer Projekte, vom Kick-off beim Kunden über die Implementierung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme vor Ort. Dabei sind Sie die Schnittstelle für alle internen- und Kundenabteilungen. Sie nehmen die Anforderungen unserer Kunden auf und erarbeiten eine Gesamtlösung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Vertrieb und IT. Sie planen Ihre Projekte, erstellen Risikoanalysen und verteilen und steuern Arbeitspakete und deren Bearbeitungsfortschritt; auch unter Verwendung von Technologien wie Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence und unserem hauseigenen Projektmanagementsystem. Sie haben den Projektfortschritt im Blick und reagieren, sobald Schwierigkeiten aufkommen - und finden Lösungen. Sie führen das abschließende Projektaudit durch und übergeben nach Projektende an die entsprechenden Teams.
Ihr interessantes Profil runden Sie mit folgenden Qualifikationen ab:
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Sie bringen mindestens Grundkenntnisse des Projektmanagements, der Softwareentwicklung und der IT mit; idealerweise in Bezug auf Android, WLAN, Windows & Linux Server. Ein Plus sind erste Berufserfahrungen in der IT oder Projektleitung sowie Erfahrung mit Pick-by-Voice oder anderen Kommissionierungslösungen. Sie sind ein kommunikationsstarkes Organisationstalent, das die dynamische Projektwelt schätzt und Dinge vorantreibt - alleine und ebenso gerne auch im Team. Sie reisen gerne zu Kunden, sowohl innerhalb Deutschlands als auch international. Sie haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.-
