Wir bieten umfassende Software-Lösungen für Netzwerkmanagement, Netzwerksicherheit, IT-Infrastrukturmanagement, Netzwerkautomatisierung und die Steuerung der kompletten Geschäftsinfrastruktur. Dabei stehen die schnelle Erfassung heterogener IT-Landschaften, Netzwerksichtbarkeit und verbesserte interne Sicherheit durch Zugangskontrolle im gesamten Netzwerk im Fokus. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unsere Zentrale in Berlin ab sofort in Vollzeit eine / einen fachlich wie persönlich überzeugenden

Technical Consultant (m/w/d)Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Präsentation unserer Produkte und Erarbeitung von Realisierungskonzepten aus technischer Persepktive gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb.
  • Für unsere bestehenden und potentiellen Kunden eigenständig Lösungen bzw. Anpassungen identifizieren und herausarbeiten.
  • Konzeptionierung kundenspezifischer Systemlösungen unter Berücksichtigung der technischen und kommerziellen Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Vertriebsunterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung durch Bestimmung des erforderlichen technischen und kommerziellen Aufwands und Koordinierung mit Product Management, Entwicklung und Service.
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Beantwortung fachlicher Anforderungen im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen.
  • Eigenständige Konzeption und Betreuung von Testinstallationen (PoC) bei unseren Kunden.
  • Überleitung und Abstimmung der Projektrealisierung und Fortführung des Service nach Auftragseingang.
  • Einrichtung, Anpassung und Pflege bestehender Installationen.
Ihr Skill Profil:
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und/ oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Informatikumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit IP-basierenden Netzwerken und Netzwerkkomponenten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich SNMP-basierender Managementsysteme
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux basierten Betriebssystemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Scriptsprachen
  • Erfahrung in Presales oder Consulting von Infrastruktur-Software wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntisse und sehr gutes Englisch, weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
