Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for engaging with and reaching out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers to support their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that align with their goals.
- Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Drive pilots, proof of concept, and value optimization to ensure successful deployments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Identify and escalate technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to remediate blockers and convey impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
- Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams.
- Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
- Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies in one or more of the following: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS; REST, XML, Database Technologies.
